Zeineb Ben Ayed has been a member of the Tunis Bar since 2021, specializing in international and European law. She is also a mediator.

She primarily handles cases both advisory and contentious with transnational challenges, assisting clients, including companies and individuals, in structuring and securing their operations on an international scale.

Zeineb supports her clients in negotiating and drafting contracts, as well as in resolving complex disputes, particularly in matters of international trade, foreign investment, and competition law. She also advises on regulatory and compliance issues related to international transactions.

Before joining Dorean, Zeineb practiced in law firms specializing in business law, where she developed a strong expertise in litigation, dispute resolution, and mediation.

She now leverages this experience to help her clients anticipate and manage legal risks associated with their international activities.
