Simon Dubois

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2016 and founder of the firm Dorean Avocats, Simon Dubois primarily practices in public law for business and Energy law.

​

Simon has developed a specific expertise in both advisory and litigation matters, specifically  in public contract law (including public procurement contracts, temporary occupancy agreements, administrative long-term leases, etc.) as well as in energy law.

 

He advises and assists public and private entities in the design, legal structuring, and implementation of their projects across various sectors (transportation, energy, urban planning, etc.).

 

Before founding Dorean Avocats, Simon worked as a consultant at the Ministry of the Interior, and subsequently as an associate at the law firm Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats.
