Admitted to the Lille Bar in 2011 and to the Paris Bar thereafter, Renaud Garrouste primarily practises in employment law and social security law.

Adopting a human and pragmatic approach, Renaud advises and supports companies across all areas involving human resources, including the drafting and amendment of employment contracts, termination procedures, individual and collective employment relations, and workplace health and safety compliance.

 

He also acts in negotiations and litigation, both before the Labour Courts and in disputes with URSSAF or the DRIEETS.

 

Before joining Dorean Avocats, Renaud practised as an associate, then as a partner at the firm 42 Avocats, which he co-founded.
