Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2026, Yannis Metallinos primarily advises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial law.
Yannis assists companies and their executives with all aspects relating to the incorporation, sale and acquisition of companies, including company formation, drafting shareholders’ agreements, share and business transfer agreements, warranties and indemnities, and equity and capital transactions. He also advises on all matters relating to corporate governance.
After obtaining a Master’s degree (LL.M. equivalent) in Mergers & Acquisitions from Paris-Saclay University, he worked as an in-house legal counsel within the Corporate Governance and M&A department of the La Poste Group.
As part of his training at the EFB, he completed his PPI internship at TotalEnergies SE, followed by his final internship at FIDAL Avocats.
