Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2025, Julia Pinturier focuses her practice primarily on business litigation, with particular experience in commercial disputes, shareholder conflicts, post-acquisition litigation, white-collar criminal law, and insolvency matters.

She assists companies and their executives at every stage of the dispute process, from developing litigation strategies to representing clients before civil, commercial, and criminal courts, and is also involved in alternative dispute resolution. Her experience, including positions within a court-appointed administrators’ office and the Paris Economic Activities Court, has strengthened her expertise in insolvency proceedings and the functioning of commercial courts.

Before being admitted to the Bar, Julia completed several internships in litigation firms and UK/US law firms. She is also fluent in English.
