Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2010, Maximilien Talbot primarily practises in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
Maximilien has developed a strong expertise in corporate and commercial law to assist his clients in the creation, Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) of businesses (including company creation, drafting of shareholders’ agreements, Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), Asset Purchase Agreement (APA), and Representations & Warranties (R&W).
He is involved in fundraising operations as well as in pre-litigation and shareholder disputes.
Before joining Dorean Avocats, Maximilien practised as an associate at Vivien & Associés, and later as a partner and co-founder of the firm 42 Avocats.
