A member of the Paris Bar since 2013, Franck-Olivier Klein specialises primarily in property law.
He advises and assists French and international clients on all aspects of their property matters, covering both advisory and litigation matters.
Franck-Olivier specialises in particular in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases for all types of property (offices, retail premises, logistics facilities, industrial premises), in the context of property transactions (asset/share deals) and the sale of business assets or leasehold rights.
He has also developed a practice in co-ownership law (preparation of and challenges to general meetings, recovery of service charges) and in matters relating to the operation of property assets (co-working, Airbnb regulations, the Hoguet Act, etc.).
Before joining Dorean Avocats, Franck-Olivier practised at French and Anglo-Saxon law firms (Delsol Avocats, Eversheds-Sutherland LLP and Osborne Clarke).
