Dorean Avocats is pleased to announce the appointment, in its Paris office, of four new partners:Claire Almela, Renaud Garrouste, Antoine Lafon and Maximilien Talbot. With these arrivals, Dorean Avocats strengthens its activity inpublic business law and continues its development insocial law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and litigation, thus asserting itself as amultidisciplinary business firm.

 

Claire Almela has been working in public business law for almost 10 years, both in advice and in litigation. She has developed particular expertise in public procurement and property law. She supports public and private individuals in the structuring and implementation of their projects in different sectors of activity, particularly those of public services, construction and development. Before joining Dorean Avocats, Claire Almela worked at the law firms Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats and then Gide Loyrette Nouel.

 

Practicing since 2011,Renaud Garrouste mainly works in social law and social security law. He advises and supports companies in all areas involving human resources and also intervenes in matters of negotiation or litigation in the context of industrial tribunal actions but also in disputes between his clients and the URSSAF or the DRIEETS. . Before joining Dorean Avocats, Renaud Garrouste worked as a co-founding partner at the firm 42 Avocats.

 

Antoine Lafon has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2014. He mainly works in business litigation and business criminal law. With solid experience in procedural law and business law, he assists and defends companies, corporate directors as well as partners and shareholders of companies before civil, commercial and criminal courts. Before joining Dorean Avocats, Antoine Lafon worked at the firm Vivien & Associates then as co-founding partner within the firm 42 Avocats.

 

Lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2010,Maximilian Talbot specializes mainly in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions. He has developed solid expertise in corporate law and commercial law which allows him to support his clients during the creation, sale and acquisition of businesses. He is involved in fundraising as well as pre-litigation and shareholder disputes. Before joining Dorean Avocats, Maximilien Talbot worked at the firm Vivien & Associates, then as co-founding partner within the firm 42 Avocats.
