Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2005, Cyrille Tchatat primarily practices in urban planning and development law.

​

Cyrille has developed a strong expertise in both advisory and litigation matters, specifically in urban planning and development law. He is notably involved in auditing urban planning permits for large-scale real estate projects and in structuring complex contractual arrangements related to urban planning and development (such as joint development zones, off-plan sales, mixed-economy development companies, and cooperation between social housing entities and private developers).

 

He advises and supports private developers in the design, legal structuring, and implementation of their projects across various sectors.

 

Before joining Dorean Avocats, Cyrille worked as a legal auditor in public law and urban development at an audit firm, spent several years as an associate at the law firms MOLAS et Associés and WILHELM et Associées, and later founded his own firm, CT AVOCAT.
