Admitted to the Paris Bar since 2014, Claire Almela primarily practices in public law for business, both in advisory and litigation matters.

Claire has developed specific expertise in public procurement law and public property law. She advises public and private entities in structuring and implementing their projects across various sectors, particularly in public services, construction, and urban development.

She regularly assists her clients with the awarding and performance of public contracts (public procurement contracts, concessions, temporary occupancy agreements of public property, etc.).
