Lawyer since 2014, Aude Tondriaux-Gautier practices business law, with a focus on corporate and commercial litigation.

 

Aude represents her clients (both companies and individuals) in managing their contractual partnership and supporting the development of their businesses.

 

She also advises clients facing financial difficulties (safeguard proceedings, receivership, liquidation) and supports them in banking negotiations and debt recovery.

 

Before joining Dorean Avocats, Aude worked in law firms before the French Supreme Courts as well as in business law firms in both Paris and Amiens.

Aude is the head of the Amiens office.
